The NoSAS Screening is recommended once every year starting at age 21. Your screening results are not a substitute for proper diagnosis, treatment or the provision of advice by an appropriate health professional. If you have been identified with a high probability of having sleep apnea, we recommend you look further into what is happening with your sleep with a medical diagnosis such as a Home Sleep Test (HST), a clinical Polysomnography (PSG) or seek medical advice from your doctor for further confirmatory tests or diagnosis.
As a user of the NoSAS score, you waive, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any rights you may have for any compensation, indemnity, legal and attorney’s fees, costs, expenses, damages or losses of any kind arising out of your use of the NoSAS score. Under no circumstances shall State of Vaud, Hospices/CHUV or ResMed or any ResMed Group Member, their employees and contractors, be liable to you for costs of substitute goods or services, or for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages (including lost profits or legal fees), in particular (without limitation) with respect to your use of the NoSAS score. Before proceeding, please confirm you have read the Disclaimer and fully understand this by confirming that you are at least twenty-one (21) years and older.
